Have you tried emailing one pic to yourself to see if that works?

    This any help Cic?

Make sure your device’s screen is unlocked.
Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.
On your device, pull down your notification drawer by swiping down from the top of the screen. Touch the USB for... notification and then Transfer files (MTP).
Use the File Transfer window that pops up on your computer to drag and drop files, just like other external devices.
Eject your device from Windows, then unplug the USB cable.

Do you have a file management program? And can you open DCIM/Camera?

    What version of Android?

Go into settings | Storage | the verical triple dot menu, USB computer connection.

You can try MTP or PTP.

There maybe something you can do in Developer Options, if it is not showing, go into About Phone and push build version until it tells you that you have turned it on.

Inside here could be numerous USB settings, etc.

    Thanks Ka.

If I go to storage USB , then press the 3 dots, Hep & feedback come up, none of which resolve the problem.

    I have the latest Marshmallow.
