Just got the motox2 for the wife. Unfortunately it's going back tomorrow. Candy crush games won't install. Anyone know a reason why

Had a similar problem with the Mrs new phone at Christmas, tried to install Trivia Crack, damn thing wouldn't install via the play store, just said not compatible which was BS as her work mates had the same phone and games installed, downloaded it and tried manually, still no good then all of a sudden, while it was on charge it went in and works fine. God knows why

The only thing I can think of is we were jumping between 3/4 G and Wireless, so maybe one wouldn't allow it.??

All fixed. It said not a compatible device. So I I added it through the play store on the computer. And as it happens a much easier way to manage multiple device's
