Can't Create New Folder Windows 10

So really odd thing happened today, I seem to have lost my context window, and can't create a new folder, even from the ribbon?

I'm the only user on the computer, I'm the administrator. I've checked, and no new programs installed. Run scans with anti-virus and malwarebytes with no issues. Uninstalled any programs I have issues with. Nothing.

Any ideas? This one really has me stumped.

Sounds like a reg settings has gone AWOL.

Two options to try:

1. Use system restore and roll the system back to when it was working (you wont lose any data)
2. Try the fix as described HERE
