    Yeah I've heard similar things.
Ended up going with Turtle Beach Stealth 450. $172 incl GST, not bad.
Sound is just as nice, if not better. Range is better. Build quality maybe not quite as sleek "feel" in the hand, but feel on the head is even nicer!

... And I can use the Mic at the same time and it doesn't sound the speakers have been flushed down the toilet!

Nothing like the taste of new potatoes with butter melted all over them, and a few chopped chives or some parsley...mmmm....

I've been after a new wireless headset, just looked that one up out of curiosity. Does look Nice but I can't handle full over the ear type headphones for extended periods so it's not for me. Meanwhile the H800 sits on my desk mocking me. I might have a crack at setting my windows tablet up for skype, it only has USB 2. Not sure there are any windows 8/10 drivers either though.

And chives are disgusting, no wonder the potatoes sound so bad if you torture them with chives.

If you're after in-ears, try the Jaybird X2's, my mate swears by them.
If you want a gaming headset though they're all over-ear...

    Slightly off topic, but
I bought $200 sennheiser wireless headphones last year. very nice, has its own dock.charging station

Only issue is , they are crap for audio quality. The wireless functions causes them to often click & pop , audio in general doesnt match the price .
These also just sit there ,now unused, taunting me.

So I have to wonder, if you want wireless/bluetooth, perhaps you really need to forgo audio quality for convenience .

Nah the quality on these Turtle Beach Stealth 450's is fantastic, so much so I'm thinking of getting a pair for using at work! No popping / hissing / clicking.
The quality on the Creative Aurvana Gold was also great when *not* using the Mic

It's only when enabling the Mic that everything basically became "phone call quality", 8000hz mono. This, it seems, is a limitation of Bluetooth, which is why the Turtle Beach Stealth 450's have a dedicated receiver, using a non-bluetooth protocol. These will never work with my Cellphone, but the tradeoff is worth it.

The Logitech H800s are actually pretty good sound quality for the price also, provided you are using an older PC with only USB 2.0.
Not quite up to the same standard of course but proof that wireless can sound good. About the only option I could find with the open style headphones which suit me better.

For better quality I have a pair of Philips Fidelio L1's, not wireless and great sound but the mic is not very good and I can only wear them for about 15-20 mins at a time due to my own personal issues with over the ear style headphones (I get very hot/sweaty and start to feel a little claustrophobic sort of)
