Question USB Controllers no power; USB ports not working

Few days ago, I opened my laptop Sony Vaio model VPCEB25FG (E-series, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bits) from bottom to clean the fan’s dust. However, three USBs and Audio output at the right bottom corner all lost functions after the open-and-cleanup process. Specifically, all the USB ports cannot be used and Audio System cannot turn further louder or use earphone.
    Let me describe more symptoms,
    - Troubleshooting could not identify the problem at “Playing Aduio”
    - There was no light on USB flash device when I inserted it to the USB ports. All the tested USB devices work in other computers.

I guess there is a disconnection or corruption in the USB controller part. I tried various ways to fix it but still no effect.
    1. Took all plugins and battery out of the laptop from a minute to overnight and then restarted the computer with a long press.
    2. Turned off the power management and then unchecked the box of “allow this computer to turn off this device to save power” in both “Generate USB Hub” and “USB Root Hub”.
    3. Uninstalled all components under “Universal Serial Bus Controllers”, deleted INFCACHE.1 file and restarted the computer with systematic driver reinstallation.
    4. F2 logged to BIO screen, enabled “Boot device Management” and set “External device”, “Hard disc” and “Compact disk” as 1st, 2nd and 3rd priority respectively.
    5. Reset to the factory setting  Still do not solve the problem!
    6. Run “sfc / SCANNOW” in command line.
    Result is as below:
    Verfication 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
    7. Run Vaio Hardware diagnosis, USB individual test. Report is as below:
    USB Test Failed

=There may be a problem with your USB device on the PC.
Please use another USB device and try the USB Test again. --- (E-USB-001) =
    ============================================
    The USB Configuration:

    My Computer
    |-Intel(R) 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 3B3C
    |--RootHub
    |---[Port1] DeviceConnected : Generic USB Hub
    |----[Port1] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port2] DeviceConnected : USB Composite Device
    |----[Port3] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port4] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port5] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port6] NoDeviceConnected
    |---[Port2] NoDeviceConnected
    |-Intel(R) 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 3B34
    |--RootHub
    |---[Port1] DeviceConnected : Generic USB Hub
    |----[Port1] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port2] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port3] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port4] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port5] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port6] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port7] NoDeviceConnected
    |----[Port8] NoDeviceConnected
    |---[Port2] NoDeviceConnected
    8. Further checked in “Power” tab of USB Root Hub Properties, the finding is:
    Generic USB Hub(6 ports) 0mA
    1port(s) available 0mA

I hope someone can give me some advice or suggestion to do with my laptop please. Thanks.

Eventually, I found a helpful case in explaining my situation as below linked discussion. However, the subject is not specific and I may overlook it.
Sony Vaio VPCEB2AFD sound is not working
    https://community.sony.com/t5/VAIO-H...ng/td-p/112757

    Briefly, the findings are:
    - When I tried to remove the bottom cover with the hard disk and screws still on
    - This might break the audio connection under the mother board which is not obviously noticeable
    - Since the audio input chip tape was just-about-long enough, I had to dissemble almost all components in the laptop from back to front to get it fixed
    - Warming: Please don’t try to dissemble it yourself if you are not confident about electronics and computer repair. Some connections on mother board are quite easy to lose without aware, such as touchpad.

Hope this would help some people. Cheers

    I apologize
It just looked like one of the many recent spammers here.
New user with 1 post, and googling the question it turned up word for word on another site, as per the actual spammers

Sounds like a hardware problem, if the issue only came up after you opened and cleaned the laptop.
Are those USB ports and headphone jack etc which are affected on their own separate circuit board or such? If so, the interconnecting cable may be incorrectly attached or damaged

If the board is misaligned with the chassis you may also have problems - check the volume buttons aren't jammed against the chassis somewhere.
Non-system disk or disk error. Replace and strike any key when ready.

Thanks for your reply. Problem solved as audio input chip tape lose the connection at the other side of the motherboard which was not noticeable.
