It amazes me that people don't take time to think. Or research.

"Taylor himself signed them up to Intagr8 about six months ago after a 45-minute sales pitch, in which they claim he offered to take the owner, Megan's father Mike, out on his launch for a fishing trip and offered to "throw in" a plasma TV, two laptops and a laser jet colour printer.
"The paperwork was done there and then," Shirley said. "We said 'we should read the paperwork', to which Taylor said 'you want to waste your time reading this rather than going fishing?' There was laughter all around and the signature was given."
They were shocked when they found $460 had been direct debited from their account, even though they'd only been given one phone line instead of the promised three and the electronic gear hadn't arrived.
They didn't think they'd signed an authority for a direct debit, but later learned it was in the fine print of the contract."
So some company says sign up...we'll give you presents.
Don't research them? See what their customer service is like? See what others experiences have been like?
Think about THEIR SERVICES with phone??? Or read a contract......Nah....they'll get a TV....
And they are business owners.
When I had my shop, the first power bill I got, I was shocked to find tit over $400. And I used less power than at home.
A careful read showed I was being charged for 3 phase power, calls to power and lines company showed as the building had originally been a bakery or something, it had been like that and never changed.
I got my bill altered to normal rates, but I asked the neighbouring businesses - Bill Englishs office and a hair dresser, if they had also been charged 3 phase?
Both of them said they just paid the bill and never read it.
Really?? Especially the hairdresser - what was her bill like??!!
