    Hi All
Is there a quick & easy way to get rid of this & all its claws? Thanks. PJ
    Deafness.
When I was younger I heard but didn't listen.
Now I am older, I listen but cannot hear.

If it is not broke, don't make it broker by trying to make it better. (This applies specifically to PJ)

Close and remove the account. If you dont want to do that, then you need to go into facebook, and alter the mail/notification settings.

It's not easy. Try these steps. http://m.wikihow.com/Permanently-Del...cebook-Account
There are many similar sites, Explaining the same process. Worked for me. One key thing to remember is that if you try logging in again before the 14 days are up, your account will be automatically reinstated.
