Use Rufus 3.16, it will remove all the restrictions.

Well after a bit of fluffing about finally got the latest Insider build onto a Hyper-V Virtual Machine. The Default settings in Hyper-V, it comes up not compatible even though hardware is 100%
I have upgraded most of the systems here.
But still have the most important one to do, SWMBO’s laptop.
I thought it would have been new enough to qualify, but no.
All pass except for the i5 CPU.
What’s the registry mod to allow the CPU to pass ?
You can grab the batch file from https://github.com/AveYo/MediaCreationTool.bat
Run it and it will give you the option of installing directly or creating a modified ISO or USB with the patch applied.
Despite Microsoft's dumb scare tactics updates work perfectly fine and the OS flies.
