Yes gone seem to be the days when you removed a small cover to access the memory, battery or hard disk. These days it seems a complete removal of the top or bottom covers which is not for faint hearted.

Sorry to be a grinch, and this is interesting, but it is totally OT for Windows 11. Maybe someone should start a new thread called "Laptop maintenance" or something.

Well this is fun Reinstalling the insider on a W11 Within hyper-V

I rembered from last time had to change a few settings in Hyper-v other wise it simply wont install. Bit of a Errrrrrrrrr What where they again ??
    1. Make sure you select Generation 2
    2. Change the number of Processors to at least 2 ( default is 1)
    3. Make sure TPM is selected under Security - Only available in generation 2.
    4. Make sure alter to at least 4GB (4096MB) of Memory.

    THEN it installs

Lots of screws may be inevitable if your laptop is a 'Ho'...
Non-system disk or disk error. Replace and strike any key when ready.

Or a single screw hidden under the keyboard.
Often need to google search to find where all the screws are , and method of dis-assembling
