NO they have made previews versions to those who want them.

As Tony pointed out, if you don't want try new stuff BEFORE it's made available to the general Public then don't use the Previews.

Previews are available to anyone who signs up BUT its beta software. Theres lots of people who try it then complain its not working---errrrrrrrrr that's the point, to locate faults that general usage may use. The MS developers cant replicate every action caused by general users.

By the time it goes to General release most of the known bugs have been sorted so if you don't like the PREVIEWS don't use them. Microsoft warns everyone, DO NOT use this software in a critical environment, as it is buggy and possibly unstable.

Using it does several things though -- learn how to fix it when it breaks with all the alterations, new features/ How to use them, and learn from others that have a lot more skill than yourself.

Example: B.M -- Lets see if you have been paying attention: Theres a common set of fix's that's used in ALL versions of W10 these days -- care to guess what they are ?

At least MS ARE fixing their products
Many manufacturers of IT products simply release & then abandon their products .
Some dont bother to patch known security holes, and need to be publicly shamed into doing so

Given how complex the Win OS is, its unrealistic to expect it to be bug free .

Its been said many times, no one was forced to upgrade, its its well know thats it usually better to wait 6-12 months for all the bugs to be sorted before upgrading.

The fact is that Win10 is new. it is not XP, it is not Win7 . Dont expect it to be Win7 or xp . Thats why Im still on 7, I like 7.
You WILL have to learn new stuff to use Win10.
Many simply dont want to learn new stuff on a new OS . Thats perfectly OK,and to these people I make to perfectly clear they should not ug when they ask me about 10.

I find most software companies at work do this now. Especially autodesk products, the end user beta tests them now.

Solidworks is not good to put in production here unless service pack 5 is released. well know fact in the industry.

Just found a simple explanation relating to the Preview builds.

    Currently W10 is Threshold 2/build 10586.

The next version of Windows is dubbed Redstone.
What is Redstone? It’s the next big update to Windows 10 slated for release sometime in 2016.

Redstone is the second update coming for Windows 10 and is a larger update compared to Threshold 2. Redstone will be what Windows 8.1 was to Windows 8 essentially, bringing much needed changes and improvements to the feature-set and design of Windows 10. Redstone is scheduled to launch around a year after Windows 10 did, and is pretty much ‘next’ version of Windows
People trying the Previews will see the features first, hopefully bugs fixed and changes, not just visible changes but under the hood as well. What WILL happen is like what's happened before. General Public open their computers after a Update and WTF ! Whats this

Well sometimes you would think it is. BUT get used to it if using W10 , its how MS are doing things these days.

As the actual Topic of this theard -- The previews are buggy, its a well known fact. If someone does want to use a preview to learn thats their choice. Some of us actually like the new things before the general public get it. You see development in its stages. Learn whats what, what makes it tick and how to fix it when it breaks.

One thing I find really funny -- When someone gets asked something here, often the question gets ignored because they (once again) - get shown up for just trying to be a smart arse or troll. Yet sometimes are the same people who are asking for help when sometihing goes wrong.

Theres meant to be some new updates sometimes this week, that some of us have been using already for some time now.

Found one "bug" in this new build, 11102, really annoying to
