    Hmm, interesting.
I have (had) the sandbox open and sure enough the build number is the same as the host - no surprise there really. I was in the middle of posting this message, (via the host machine) when the PC beeped at me, the screen went black. When it came back, my unposted message had disappeared and the sandbox window is completely white and unresponsive.

I was actually posting to ask how you manage to install anything? I can't see my network, and there is a catch-22 in that if I change the workgroup in the sandbox to match my main workgroup, it only takes effect after a restart, which I assume will reset everything. But maybe a reboot of the sandbox does work as you would hope and preserve things.
The sandbox also can't see my DVD, so I can't install anything from there.

When I tried to reboot the sandbox (not relaunch it) I got a container crash error. This happened twice. Maybe related, when I rebooted the main machine I got a GSOD with system service exception.

    I've posted feedback.

Bummer about the monitor - I thought monitors were super-reliable these days!

The Sandbox works like a Virtual Machine (that's what it actually is) But it refreshes every start.

To install programs you can still download Via the internet and just install like normal.

I had a look at the IP that the VM was giving, its actually 172.17.66.161,If you try changing the IP it wont work at all.

On the VM thats on the current Buid (1809) its giving out a IP of 192.168.129.33 if I open the run command and type in the IP of a Server ( on my LAN) it opens, even though it wont see it in Network Discovery. So unless your router or you have some other way of routing between IP, then it wont work.

The monitor, cant really complain its the same one I had when we moved into this house 14 years ago, so its done well.

Got a new shiny 27" Frame less one now - What a difference

Sounds perfect for updates . Now, if W10% could just be installed in its own sandpit it could stop being like a cat that's using the entire PC for it's sandbox.

I've just noticed that one of my insider builds has no watermark for build 18312, but the other one has. Weird, eh?

All 3 installed. Had to go round the loop a couple of times but they went in eventually. Still no watermark on one of them.

I haven't even looked at this build yet , been working on other things. The next Version is due out in a couple of months, so they will be finishing off any known bugs, and when its close it then loses the watermark, and expiry date.

The release naming has changed its now known as 19H1, which will add confusions, its easier to call it 1903. ( 2019 3rd Month)

Admit it, you've been watching YouTube on your new monitor...
It is going to be at least 6 weeks before the next release, so I think we'll see a bit more before it gets totally locked down. Mind you, as I said I've lost the watermark on one machine, so maybe I'm right at the bleeding edge (yeah, right.)
