Are there some suitable videoconferencing sites in Auckland?

I'd like to be able to use a videoconferencing facility to communicate with people within NZ and overseas and have smooth video, not jerky video. This implies a need for high bandwidth. It also means there needs to be videoconferencing facilities in other places that are compatible with the videoconferencing facility I would be using.

Do the telcos offer videoconferencing facilities like this that I as a member of the public can use?
