    Default Networking new laptop

I connected without problems, and can see and print from the laptop. All good, until I tried to 'see' the laptop from the desktop tonight - it wants a user name and password! As far as I know, I didn't set one up!

Lappy - Asus Zenbook, with Windows 7 Pro installed. Any ideas?

Control Panel, network and sharing, on left change advanced Sharing, expand out all networks and scroll down select Turn Off password Protected sharing.
