New phones

My boys are off to get new phones tomorrow. Can get the nexus4 for $400, and the galaxy ace3 is on sale for $209. I know the nexus is good but what about the ace. It's got better specs then the S3mini.

Mate has a Nexus 4 and I want one, they currently have Android 4.4 KitKat which is awesome

For a new Phone, I go for a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 . I am currently using Samsung Galaxy and I think, it is one of the cheapest 4G phones with an impressive range of features. I am satisfied with its performance and I don't see any reason why one would not prefer this brand.

Let me elaborate further though: The screen on the Ace 3 is nice, but it's still not HD like the 720p screen of the N4. It has *very* limited (4GB) internal storage vs the 16GB the N4 has, and only half the memory, and around 1/3 the processing power. Also, KitKat vs Jellybean.

Nexus 4 camera is mediocre, but aside from that it's a fantastic phone. I've gone back to one, swapped my N5 for my wifes N4 (Happy wife, happy life) and it's still pretty damn good all 'round!

Still, the Ace 3 is a decent phone, but you do get a *lot* more phone for the $200 extra

According to the Telecom website and GSMArena it has 8Gig internal storage "4 GB (3G) / 8 GB (LTE), 1 GB RAM" But you are correct the Nexus 4 is way better..
