    What do you mean? Everybody should have name suppression, or nobody should have name suppression? You seem to have a very strange idea of the law.

    It is important to note that it is only a interim name suppression and that it will be reviewed next time he appears in court

    +1 IMHO There is not enough information to make a sensible comment on this case at present. On the surface it does look rather suspect at the moment.
