    Question Readyboost

    do people use this???, would this help our slow vista machine???

    have a spare flash drive laying around that i could use.
    Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary... That's what gets you.

    Yes it does work and speed up your machine, if your machine is performance constrained, think slow spinning rust HDDs and limited RAM. With the price of RAM these days though just chuck some more in if you can

    There was a thread on this earlier this week, it supposedly works but on my netbook it never made any difference at all
