Hang on... How can you answer "Maybe".... the Question is "Are you now using Windows 8?" - You either IS or you ISN'T... Unless you have no idea what OS you're using :\ which tells me that 5 people on PF1 don't know what OS they're using XD

Dick Smith was 88-89 last week. Its only gone up this week. And will probably go to 200 next week or the week after. Noel Leemings is 90.

I do believe DSE are only selling the "Upgrade your Basic windows 8 to the Pro Windows 8" from what I can see on their website
    DSNZ_XS8811 / DSNZ_XS8810

    ?

If you order the upgrade online, it's either NZD$19 if your PC is purchased after June, or NZD$49 if you're upgrading from XP / Vista / 7.

I've got that version from DSE Chill. I'm using it now. Was 89.95 when I brought it, the day it came out. Which comes with the 32 and 64 bit DVD. Would have been nice if it said what it was tho (besides Windows 8 Pro). It doesn't. But it installs fine. I did a clean install

All three only had the Pro model for sale.

Warehouse chap was good and took the trouble to show me some of the quirks that did not appeal to him, I concurred with his thoughts and gave it a miss.

I think I'll give it a miss; my cousins Windows 8 laptop scared me away haha, it just seems "too different".

It actually isn't as different as people think, the Start screen is just the Start menu with a different layout
