    Nick are you studying or just teaching yourself? I did an intro course to python last semester, it's quite easy once you get into it!

    I am doing a very basic course, but its not being run great, so I am trying to teach myself; as such not finding it very easy

    thenewboston has some good python tutorials. I'm also learning VB 2010 at the moment.

    Nick, do you need to learn python? Try Basic it's very easy for beginners (like myself). You should give it a shot.

    Might give basic a go Chaz, will stick with python for a little while yet though

    Python would be more useful though, just that Basic is a good way to get started in programing.

    Python you need a fairly decent understanding before you can make anything useful with it, basic allows you to produce useful things right out of the box.
