Every script kiddie around the world will see this as fair licence to release all manner of malware. If it's good enough for the USA to release cyber attacks, then it'll be fine for them to do likewise, and other governments who were standing back from this sort of action will also see it as an open licence to develop cyber warfare.

I noticed on some American Indian News sites a few months back, the CIA were advertising via Google Content Ads, applicants for "Clandetine" Services. I thought a bit odd. Why? Why not advertise or recruit internally. Images attached...
