Default What to do with sour apples?

My apple tree had a bumper crop, but the skin is incredibly sour so I am looking for ideas on what to do with them. I am not a great cook, so easy suggestions are best.

Some of them are stewing right now & will go great with porridge in the morning (if I can get out of bed early enough)

AMD Radeon HD 6870 graphics card
    Enermax Tomahawk II 500W PSU
    Antec 300 case
    Win7 Pro (Action Pack :D)

surprisingly quick even without an SSD

Yes, peel and stew them with some sugar and cloves. Don't cook them too long, just until you can put a fork through them without pressure. Then let them cool and put them into some freezer bags and freeze them.

I'd cut down the apple tree and eat toast.

In fact that's exactly what I did do.

chop up apples. squeeze juice out ferment, add sugar to taste, get plastered on resulting cider.

    That's the method simplified

Bag them up and sell on the side of the road?
    Throw them at the neighbours?
Inject them with poison and feed them to the pretty girl down the road?

Bitter or sour apples are generally used for cooking or stewing as you already seem to know.
