Well, neither are that fast. If you use 64 bit, waterfox would probably be faster than both of them. Since its 64 bit, and these are 32 bit browsers

Why don't you look for reviews which do just these comparisons instead of wasting our time?

I got to like Chrome until I discovered how invasive it was. For a start it doesn't allow you to install it anywhere else than the User folders. Another thing is that you can not access the Tabs or other buttons in full page mode, a real pain!

I prefer Firefox because you can access everything in full page mode, and you can install it anywhere you like. The speed is controlled by the quality of your Broadband.

It makes me laugh when people go on about the speed of the browser when in most cases it is that broadband connection that is holding things up.
Computers are like Air Conditioners, they stop working when you open Windows.

I just stick with IE9 myself but http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...untu,3129.html gives the windows award to FF with Chrome a very close 2nd. This article comes out every few months and the winner changes almost every time so whatever you chose it won't be the fastest at some point. To me though, I've used several and they all do the same job at much the same speed. I see no clear advantages for my personal usage so I no longer bother.
