Default Possible effect of PC Wizard 2010

I installed PC Wizard 2010 at the weekend. Co - incidentally since then when I open my browser (IE9) and at other times too, there is a voice telling me how to clear the cache...

How do I stop that? And if not PCWizard - then what? Nothing else has changed (I think!)

    Thanks.

Strange - still going, PC Wizard isn't going.... Annoying, it wouldn't so bad if occasionally it gave me a different message!

What Motherboard do you have. Is the Motherboard Monitor on?

The voice is probably the Motherboard monitor. If so then you turn it off in the BIOS.

Possible workarounds at this Microsoft thread, mention of a unlocker Trojan.

Google toolbar - turning it off fixes it. I used CCleaner on Sunday... I wonder if there was a connection?

    yep - certainly is!
(to google toolbar, not ccleaner lol)

seems there may be an embedded link to

    in the toolbar code itself.

Why people actually install Google toolbar is beyond me.
Non-system disk or disk error. Replace and strike any key when ready.

OK - what would you suggest as a search engine?
