MS have just as many stupid patents so are you going to stop using Windows?

All it shows is how stupid and screwed up the whole patent system is thanks to the USA.
The whole idea of patents was to encourage innovation but all it is doing now is stifling it. The lawyers must be loving it though.

They obviously all have too much money. Wish they would just get over it and spend the money on R&D!

MS currently make more money with android then their currently do with WP7, so yes their do enforce patents otherwise android wouldn't be paying out for every handset sold
