I watch some TV on demand via the internet which is downloading same.

If you use firefox, I think ant toolbar will let you download off that site

Just tried using the Download Helper add-on to Firefox and to my surprise all I recorded was some nice commercials - not just the one at the start but also the ones throughout the program.

I'll try the Ant toolbar and see how that goes.

Unfortunately - no luck with ANT either.

I use download helper and it works fine. Just make sure that the program starts then click the toolbar botton and select the right file to download, will try it and take a screenshot...

Hmmm, ok. Download helper updated itself on 19 June and now it isn't working. Should have checked it before opening my mouth. Sorry.

Are you trying this on TVNZ or TV3?

Both, just lets you save the commercial only.
