    If you put 'Banned' in your user title, it changes to '******'
    Try it...

    If they want to pretend they are banned then they can't post either, if they post, it's obvious they are not banned. Either way the problem solves itself, doesn't it?

    No coz they'd wind somebody up, then change their status and just lurk, then make us look like we've been overly strict and have double standards or something along those lines... I can't remember, it was a long time ago
