I'm with 2degrees as well and I just found this morning that my phone has not reset itself from daylight saving I had to do it manually, what gives with that?
It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche
My Vodafone didn't change either. I wanted to move to 2D but their equivalent pay monthly to the on account I have was going to cost me double what I pay with Vodafone

I'm not sure about these days, as I have my phone set to look after its own time, but a few months ago 2degrees certainly didn't appear to offer NITZ (or at least not in any way that my phone could pick up).
As a result, I have an app on my phone (ClockSync) to sync the clock with NTP, and the phone takes care of the timezone / DST settings itself.

XT did the time switcherooni perfectly.
Good on Vodafone though, that's great news.

The inverse is actually true; installing ClockSync was actually quicker than setting the clock manually, especially noting that without some kind of sync, my phone clock retards by a few seconds per day.
