Default something is flooding my network

I have a small business network (1 server 4 clients), every now and then the networkusage goes to 100%, and stays there until i perform a restart.
Is there a free tool i can download to see which application or service is causing the problem?

    cheers

On what machine is that occuring?

Wireshark will show you exactly whats happening on that PCs NIC - but as for understanding youl have to dump the data to some one so they can interpret it.
