    Default Compaq system information problem

This information from Norton Utilities is for a Compaq Presario 2262. It has a Cyrix M11-300MMx CPU and 32MB of ram. But the report says 234MHz and 28MB of ram. Is there a problem here?

u will find the missing ram has been 'stolen' by the onboard video. im not sure about the new cyrix but the old ones were given a 'pr' performance rating. ie your 234mhz cpu was given a 300pr rating. more bullshit sales tactics to make a slow cpu seem faster.

Also ull know for sure what they are at bootup - have a look when those details such as memory post onscreen from bios, you can press pause to get a better look then just press any key to resume the boot.
