Default Start up list help needed please

Below is a start up list I have run with Hijack this. Can anyone tell me if there is anything in there I can get rid of, as my machine is terribly slow when I turn it on. Have done CC, defrag etc etc and seems to make no difference.

    Thanks very much.

Cleaning up a HD by deleting files will never speed up a computer by a noticeable difference.

Unless you have very little free space on your system drive, and not enough for your page file.

If it has no spyware, enough RAM, you've done all the usual cleans etc as you state, then the best thing is to back up your personal stuff and format the drive then do a fresh install from scratch.

Its like going from a Morris Minor to a McLaren.

Note really. Export drivers to flash drive.

    Install XP. Import drivers.

    Install programs.

    Sound hard to you?

I'm inclined to agree with pctech on this.

This because I download heaps of stuff to try it out and find the computer going slower.

I have an image and that's what I put back normally.

I assume the original poster does not have an image so it will take longer to reformat and install all programs and settings.

Before this is done I would make sure I have all CDs or DVDs, Drivers and etc. At least ensure you have the motherboard drivers on CD and also the Operating system. Make sure you have copies of your docs, emails, favourites, address book or a recent backup of some sort.

Do not format the hard drive(s) until you know you have copies on removable media or another partition or another hard drive.
