    Re: Mobile internet "hotspotting"

Yes they do. I have unlimited data with spark, but if I don't pay for unlimited tethering, they cut me off after 5GB of tethering

Re: factory reset on an android phone

  4. Re: Are you a fan of the 50s, 60s, and/or the 70s?

Am I the only one here that enjoys symphonic black/death/doom metal? I treat the voice as another instrument, and most of the time, I'm quite happy not to understand the lyrics

    Re: 5th November

Otaki community is still a bit rural. Very vocal crowd that don't want fireworks because they scare the animals
  7. Re: Are you a fan of the 50s, 60s, and/or the 70s?

They just take an adjustment. Like going from a rotary phone to a cellphone. There's good and bad stuff from all eras.
Think about "classical" music. We only really listen to a select few that have...

Re: Why Some Are Disbelieving But Not Antivax.

I treat National, Labour, Greens in the same boat. Good or as bad as each other in power.

Re: Why Some Are Disbelieving But Not Antivax.

And how much of it is the media, pushing their own agenda? Only reporting half of a conversation, or ignoring stuff that wouldn't be a sensationalist headline?

The media, and the ability to massively share information over the internet that can seem fact but you never know.
  13. Re: How do I change the user name and password?

Re: Why are we putting up ....

Agreed. I'm with the Maori on this one. The police should start shooting rubber bullets if they don't go back home
  15. Re: How do I change the user name and password?

Usually, on the round part of the dongle, there will be a small button. Hold that down for half a minute or so to reset the chromecast, and then you can search for it through your phone/laptop and...

    Re: Proposed Vaccination Certificate

I'm wondering the same. I don't have any government issued ID, and I've never been on the dole or any other benefit. I wonder how I'll be able to prove I'm me?

    Re: YOU WILL LEARN MAORI!!!

To me it's just like a form of slang I've slowly learnt over the years, bastardizing the English language. I'm just glad they don't use our third national language instead, I'd be even more clueless...
  22. Re: How long before Wellington and the rest of the North Island go into Level 3 Lockd
