    Just buy a new board if it';s not old, to match the CPU. Or if it is (like mine) buy a kit....mb, cpu and ram in one, lots of places sell them Computerlounge, Ascent and so on.

    90% of the time it's PSU.

    Buy one.
    Then test, you don't have to actually install it, just unplug the other from components,...
