    You can try going into the settings and reset the adaptor it may be corrupted.

    Type in search network reset, hit reset, it will wipe out the current adaptor and completely reinstall / rebuild it....

    Normally a dot bottom left is the overlay icon/symbol for One drive which means its syncing, if you enlarge it, it shows as such. BUT never seen it on the taskbar ?
