    New house and had all wired with LED downlights, no holes around bulbs, insulation can go over the top and super cheap to run as well as being no more expensive to buy than good standard downlights....

    I have a Microsoft email address as --------------@outlook.co.nz as well as my Gmail address.

    I use the Outlook one for another forum but here is the kicker any emails from that forum always end...

    Yep our house is wired with Cat6 but since we can only get Wifi broadband and that is likely never going to change it isn't really needed at Cat6
