    I had particle board...and you still need to have the slope on the floor to drain it properly, it's not just a matter of a drain randomly in floor.

    You'd need to convert it to wet floor and have it slope. Silly idea. Just ensure the current vanity is not leaking........husband doesn't much like plumbers tape he used to always use hemp instead....

    Could be worse gary67....I had customers stuck on dialup, no line of sight for satellite, no wireless coverage, nothing.

    Go fibre.

    Wireless is subject to congestion, I can tell you from personal experience, often resulting in worse speeds than adsl.

    Fibre is great.
