So after my previous PC blue screened, i rebuilt/upgraded a little earlier than i wanted to.

Is there a way to copy all the music i have on my iPhone to my new Windows PC, as i cant access...

It is a brand new Mobo though (strix x570-e)

So after rebuiling my PC ( it started to BSOD), I connected the 6TB drive to it, and it showed with everything on it.

Could've been the older installation of windows that was the issue?

Nope, was originally Windows 7, then upgraded to 10.

System restore didnt work.

You're not going to believe this by my main PC decided to bluescreen today when i turned it on. It was working fine 2 days ago when i last used it. ( I had been having issues with it not recognising...

So I connected the drive to my PC again and opened up disk manager.

It can see the drive and that it has files on it, but I shows the drive format as RAW.

I've moved everything off the drive...

So i've just run the chkdsk command per the instructions you linked.

"Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems"

and

"It found 0KB in bad sectors"

The drive is always connected via USB but not left powered on when the PC is off.

As i've said the drive shows up and i can play media when its connected to my laptop running linux.

Yes, I am sure i have picked the 64 bit version, trying to install the 1809 SSU says that The update is not applicable to your computer.

The links for the 1903 update files will not install, same...

it won't let me install the SSU for 1809 onto my PC, so im dead in the water essentially
