Off topic but why don't people use Google Docs if they aren't willing to shell out for MS? I use both frequently and have no major gripes.
Always depends on what hardware you're using but I'd go with the fractal. I've owned 3 fractal cases and have zero complaints about build quality. Corsair build quality is on par in my experience....
At 31 I think I'm in for a lot less Gov assistance than that. Easy to plan for though when you accept that the Gov money is really only going to cater to the less fortunate and less motivated.
I...
International courier/freight is a mess at the moment. I've had 3 weeks to QLD multiple times in the last few months.
I've been using ifastnet for quite a few years for hosting personal and corporate websites. Our main regional websites get a few thousand visists each day and I haven't seen any performance hit at...
Getting parts out the US is about the same cost as most jap parts here but you do have to wait for them. The appeal of european cars here is that they depreciate so badly that if you buy a 5-10 year...
I did try creating a folder as well and sharing that but no luck. I may have missed a permission. I also hid the share from the network just to stop accidental deletion etc so maybe hiding it was the...
That worked great. I had to over provision the physical drive space to create the additional storage space but other than that I think it's a nice straight forward solution.
That's not a bad idea actually! Thanks
I'm trying to setup the windows file history tool on PC "A" to use a virtual hard disk on PC "B". I can get it to work fine if I use a folder on a physical hard drive "B" but not with a virtual one. ...
I thought about thermal paste however I don't have that much confidence in the heatsink mounts which are just plastic clips. I think it needs the thickness of the thermal pad to hold it firmly in...
I had one site with them for a while but they allocate such small amount of CPU on the cheaper plans that navigating the back end of bigger CMS's is painful. I've switched to cloudways in the states....
I'm replacing the thermal pads on the VRM heatsinks on an old 1150 motherboard but can't find any thermal pads locally. I've ordered some off aliexpress for future projects but hoping to find...
I'm to lazy to garden but maybe moonshine?
I'm really not that worried about the scrap value of it. It's not going to make the process of removal any more enjoyable. On a side note that...
Unit plus install was $3k for the gas and plumbing side of things. Another $250 for sparky which seems a little steep as I have power on the other side of the wall from where the unit would be fit....
Thanks I already have that noted. Quotes I have state that they only disconnect and drain. I doubt they would want to remove it anyway as it's well and truly wedged between walls. The $60 to $80...
Christchurch so it would be bottles. Already on mains. Significantly more delay? Not in my experience...
Thanks for the replies. I figure it's time is up but if a quick fix could extend it's life a little longer that would of been nice. We only intend on living in this house for another 3 or 4 years and...
Our house is 1960's, cylinder is original...manufactured date is 1964...
Tonight we noticed it's leaking out of the bottom. I was hoping it was a pipe which I'd be comfortable tackling myself but...
Damn that sucks. RIP
I didn't even know he was sick. I think the last I saw was he had quit smoking...or was at least trying.
I had a few PM's back and forth a few years ago after a thread was...
From a DIY perspective...I've only done them on FWD cars.
SOHC engine I've done and would do again. Took about 2-3 hours including "refreshments".
DOHC engine I don't want to repeat. Took a full...
Thanks guys. I was hoping there was a straightforward option that I was missing but I'll give our accountant at work a call and suffer the bill that follows. Cheers!
Thanks Kame. Not trying to be dodgy. Just trying to keep it simple. We have no intention of growing things beyond the two of us and overheads are very low so there is minimal risk so we would prefer...
Does anyone know how would one go about running multiple ventures (let's call them brands) under one partnership?
The IRD website doesn't seem to address this and everything I've read elsewhere...
