    Call the 0800. Did this for a friend with expired license, expired passport and old birth cert. They sorted it and emailed it within 10mins.

    It's available for (some) older phones now. Wasn't available for my Xiaomi previously, but is now. Installed ok and used it a couple of times. Has worked so far.

    Any way to do this? Have an elderly friend who somehow manages to turn it OFF all the bloody time in Word and Outlook, and it's doing my head in popping round frequently to turn it back on! Googling...

    I recall a friend had a similar problem a few years ago, I think there's a setting somewhere that was set to only show the last 14 days worth of messages or in their case the last days! They're not...
