    In the sense it's real bad news for victims it's exactly as real as W8#, W10% or W11. In the sense it's real profitable, it is potentially going to be as real as W10 if you're a tech.

    Mostly it is for noise abatement and conservation; whether landing or taking off attempts result in using wheels beyond the end of the runway the resultant noise and paperwork is just not worth it....
