    As part of a 10 build update, system restore gets turned off/disabled , so cant use that.
    I think there also used to be a issue of system restore not being turned back on automatically, not sure if...

    next time ask him about reactance , tell him you need to know that for AC , should quieten things down . :-)
    (reactance is a bit like ohms for AC , but more math involved )

    Fibre can take an eternity to get connected , even when its allready run down your street .

    I have had fibre at the top of my drive since Dec . I still can get fibre connected

    Old router resets , DHCP conflicts, choas ensues (yes, that does happen)
    Old router has significantly worse wifi capability , so better to use the new router .
    User doesnt know how to disable DHCP...
