    increasign the vm size will help but really the issue is that the system has used up or largely used the available PHYSICAL memory (ram) so .......either it could do with more, and ram is very cheap...

    yeh it's a 'security' function built into the bios and can be disabled very simply by clearin the cmos battery settings.....you cant 'permanently' remove that function tho it'll always be coded into...
