    I imagined a small device that would plug into a mains-power wall-socket for power then an ADSL plug to connect to the wall outlet that is wired from the modem.

    I play the VHS tapes through a connected Sony Cam-Corder which converts the output to digital, than use a Firewire cable to capture to my PC.

    I fit a drive into a Nexstar-3 external 3.5 hard drive enclosure with eSATA connections, then connect to a rear terminal on my desktop base.
    The whole PC runs on Win-10 ver.1909.

    I need to copy a 4.69GB mp4 video file to a USB Strontium drive.
    I am informed the file is too large for the destination file system.
