    Not that I know but I thought that when cataracts were done, you really did not need glasses after as the lens that is added to the eye should give you pretty good vision. Am I wrong?

    What did you use to re-format the HDD? Have you tried to delete the files from within the OS? If it is WIN10, have you tried the disk cleanup function and select delete the system files update?

    From your attachment, it looks like you are trying to install to Drive 0 Partition 1. It should be to Partition 4. Partition 1 only has 15mb, far too small.

    Make sure that the TV will see the type of partition. Generally, I think, most TVs will only see exfat with the larger HDDs.
