Re: black mould on exposed aggregate concrete

Re: I'm a boobs man, myself

Well, purely as a personal opinion, i prefer boobs women. Boobs men are probably eating the wrong stuff when they could be putting 737's on conveyor belts . . .

^That 240 V is terribly unreliable - only a couple of inches 'twixt plug and socket and it goes out on strike.
    Probably faulty electricity ;)
  5. Re: We sold our printer - it became too expensive

I have an older Lexmark Laser printer that does colour and prints both sides, does thousands of pages per toner cartridge. it is big, weighs only a little less than i do and has enough spare...

Re: What have you owned for 20yrs and still using?

Around the place there's great grandchildren older than that; it's safe to say they're in daily use but none have even had new batteries yet. . . .

    Re: Google camera car

I didn't see a Google car yesterday, and by co-incidence I didn't see it again today.
To be fair, it is entirely possible that the car I didn't see was not the same one that kenj DID see.

Well,I will finish with them tomorrow. I landed with them after they bought up/out Xnet. (I had gone to Xnet to flee Vodafone's multiple failings. :) )
Surprisingly enough, they had worked fairly...

That's not quite as blatant as the "Music Power" ratings, or all the other drivel eagerly lapped up by the golden ears brigade (Audiophiles.) Long chain oxygen-free copper speaker leads anyone? :)

It's roughly as appropriate as Queen's Birthday in NZ, but more useful.

Re: Window 10 2009 Out now

Hmm. In that contest, MS lead the field, but Win ME was probably their best (worst) performer, with many thousands of apoplexies to its credit. This BTW is being done on a very old laptop with Win...
  17. Re: To hell with the workers, as long as the boss makes plenty

Not the way the Post Office hierarchy would do it; they would raise the fees and cut the service as fast as they raise the workload and reduce the income of the peasants. It works just fine for the...

    There's a lot of possibilities here . . .

Who could Join ACT in parliament?
Well, Jack the Ripper could raise the moral tone, and a squirrel could bump the IQ up a bit, so perhaps they should just have at it and grab any old drunk in the...
