    Did you answer the call on the iPhone or the Head Unit? I've had this issue with my QC35's, but it's because I swipe to answer the call rather than press the button on headphones.

    Opening port 80 to the internet (as in unencrypted HTTP) is asking for trouble. You will also run in to issues as Skinny use CG-NAT which will not work correctly with DDNS.

    By the homes Xtra account, do you mean Wireless Internet? If so she won't need her own connection. And she can just set up a GMail or Outlook account for email.

    Why would it be Sparks responsibility? They don't own the line. You could talk to Spark about getting Chorus or whoever the wholesaler is to put in a master filter to see if this brings the line...

    Audio Technica ATH-M50's have always been pretty good value for $. My only complaint is the vinyl ear muff parts get uncomfortable if wearing for more than an hour or so. You can buy velvet type ones...

    Setup the account as IMAP, rather than POP. So you synchronize with online, rather than pull mail from online.

    Get your self a graphics card with digital outputs if you're serious about photo editing. VGA will never provide an image as good as DVI/Display Port/HDMI.

    SPA112 are pretty solid. My folks use VFX, you plug it in, put in a configuration URL, tell VFX the MAC and that's it. I assume similar with 2talk.

    VOIP doesn't always play nice with CG-NAT. So if you go with BigPipe, make sure you pay the $45 one off cost for a static IP.
