    Its costs nothing to try a reset .
    If you reset , you will have to install NEW version of apps you used. Some of those new app versions may not install on old android versions & some apps get worse...

    Generaly, the more expensive ph is better .
    Will you notice a big difference , in actual usage between those 2 . I doubt it.

    You are going to have the issue where the help desks arnt going to help or care about another companies ph/internet setup or conflicts .

    So it may be a painfull experience to get this sorted .

    What I would do
    get your internet and phone (landline) from the same company . Then it will all work together
    Spark can supply wireless internet through that modem, you'll need to sign up for it.
