    I have an older version of MalwareBytes so installed that and updated fully. Ran it in normal windows and it found quite a bit.. including some of the final issue....

    Accessed Draytek via direct connection. Used telnet to access and check if SIP ALG was enabled. It is disabled already

    Handset is definitely registered to base. Still no matched line

    1, DrayTek Vigor DV130 ADSL/VDSL Modem
    2, I assume so. I guess I will have to plug into the modem direct to access the web interface? (instead of plugging into the TP-Link)

    There is a hotfix available for tcpip.sys here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/977067 which might help. Basically updates tcpip.sys
