Did it? There were good kids and bad kids then, as now. There were those who became criminals, those who didn't. I don't think whacking them had much to do with it.

By way of observation, I have decided that with the exception of a medical problem, all children are born equal and honest, be they Black, White or Brindle.
Where you find a problem child, you will invariably find a dysfunctional family.
Take a look at our jail population and you will find family connections everywhere, their kids don’t stand a chance.
