I don't think he can do that. For a pardon, he has to walk away soon and let Pence take over as president for the remaining days, then Pence can then pardon him.

Don't see how she's black. Her mother came from India and her father from Jamaica. Not the traditional "African American" as they are called these days. My granddaughter is Jamaican father and her mother European and she is darker than Harris.
