What do you mean? Everybody should have name suppression, or nobody should have name suppression? You seem to have a very strange idea of the law.

Due to who my father is I will be getting name suppression.

+1 IMHO There is not enough information to make a sensible comment on this case at present. On the surface it does look rather suspect at the moment.

He'll probably have to be let off. With these swipe cards on trains & buses now, they have run out of wet tickets.
