Office Questions

1)Are you able to install Office 2003+Office 2007 trial? (e.g. Word 2003 + word 2007?) Will there be some confusion in which office program to open DOC File types?

2)If i install 2003+2007, will it remove the OGA notice (2003 is the non-genuine one) Or will it only show up in 2003 not 2007?

3)Will removing Office 2003 remove OGA?

4) Is there any way to save all your 2003 Settings and restore them when you have reinstalled 2003?

5) Is there any way to transfer settings from 2003 to 2007? And vice versa?

1. Maybe, altho someone here had probs (when 2003 was installed) and installed 2007. But he/she managed to fix it.

2. No, I would say it'll stay there

3. Maybe. Altho, the files relating to OGA will probably remain on the hdd

Unless you remove the entries relating to OGA, I dont think reinstalling, 2003 will fix it (removing may remove it, dont know, never had OGA)

4. Settings like?

5. You maybe able to copy the settings in documents and settings / MS Office or whatever the folder is called

I see no point in installing the trial version, it'll run out, then after all of that you'll have to uninstall it

1) Yes, you usually can, but you cannot install both Outlook 03 and 07, doesn't allow it

2) Probably not

3) Doubt it

4) Possible ,but probably difficult

5) Almost impossible, they have a totally settings etc
